一绪言切削刀具在对金属进行切削时,一个不可避免的现象即是切削部位的发热。这些热在不同的切削规格下,以不同的比例分布在切削刀具、切屑、工作物、以及周围的空气中。其结果则是上述各部份——特别是切削刀具温度的升高,乃至最后切削刀具软化而失去切削能力。因此在以往很长的一段时期中,切削部位的发热一直被看作切削工作进行的阻礙。各种方法曾被使用以降低工作时切削刀具的温度;最常用的手段则是在切削部位加入大量的冷却液體,对切削刀具施行冷却。
An introduction Cutting tools In the metal cutting, an inevitable phenomenon is cutting the Ministry of fever.
