[目的]观察分期辨证分型治疗反复呼吸道感染疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将66例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例芙露饮,10~15mL/次,1次/d。治疗组36例辨证分期治疗:感染期风热表证(竹叶4g,桑叶、薄荷、蝉衣、甘草各6g,菊花、黄岑各8g,连翘、前胡各10g);感染期痰热闭肺(炙甘草、麻黄各4g,僵蚕、紫苑、杏仁各5g,白前、桔梗、蝉衣、枇杷叶各10g,生石膏15g);感染期风寒袭肺(麻黄4g,炙甘草、蝉衣、紫苑和僵蚕各6g,枇杷叶、白前、桔梗和前胡各10g);非感染期肺胃热盛(芒硝、大黄、甘草各3g,黄岑、栀子和薄荷各6g,桔梗、连翘和双花各10g);非感染期肺脾气虚(炙甘草、人参各3g,茯苓、半夏、五味子各5g,陈皮、白术各8g,麦冬10g);上方均1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,随访30d,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,显效12例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率97.22%。对照组痊愈4例,显效10例,有效8例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]分期辨证分型治疗反复呼吸道感染效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the effect of staging syndrome differentiation on recurrent respiratory tract infection. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 66 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups randomly according to the drawing method. Continuous treatment of 60d for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Treatment 1 course of treatment, follow-up 30d, to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group cured 18 cases, markedly effective in 12 cases, effective in 5 cases, ineffective in 1 case, the total effective rate was 97.22%. The control group recovered in 4 cases, markedly effective in 10 cases, effective in 8 cases, ineffective in 8 cases, the total effective rate was 73.33%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Staging syndrome differentiation is effective in treating recurrent respiratory tract infections and is worth promoting.
