如今,我国经济发展迅速,市场竞争激烈,企业对市场营销人才的需求不断加大。根据往年的就业专业需求统计,市场营销专业人才需求一直都排在前列。现在,高校基本都开设了市场营销这一专业,但是,很多营销专业毕业的学生,并不具备很好的专业能力,不能满足企业营销活动的需要。只有具有一定的专业知识,又懂得市场营销技能的复合型人才才会受到用人单位的青睐。所以,有越来越多的高校,开始希望借助于市场实验室建设,提高学生的市场营销实践能力,培养实用型营销人才。但是,由于营销实验室进入中国高校的时间较晚,在建设方面存在着这样或那样的问题。就营销实验室存在的普遍性问题,应采取切实可行的策略。
