终于,2014年初春,对于困难百姓来说,传来了“重大利好”:《社会救助暂行办法》颁布实施。守住人民群众基本生活安全底线,确保民生安全网“网底”密实坚韧,让困难群众共享改革发展成果,这是我国政府对人民的庄严承诺。国家的繁荣富强,最终的成果还是要回馈到人民身上,让每一位公民在国家的护翼下,不再为看不起病、住不起房、上不起学发愁。《办法》的颁布,是保障困难群众基本生活、解决困难群众急难问题的重要举措。
