DD3mRNA仅表达在正常的前列腺组织及前列腺肿瘤组织,且在前列腺癌组织中表达量显著增高,对前列腺癌的早期诊断上其特异性及敏感性要明显优于血清PSA,使用DD3基因检测使前列腺疾病患者的活检率降低了49%。DD3mRNA具有高度的前列腺癌特异性,可以减少许多不必要的前列腺穿刺活检,有着较好的临床应用前景。
DD3 mRNA is only expressed in normal prostate tissue and prostate tumor tissues, and the expression of DD3 mRNA is significantly higher in prostate cancer tissues. The specificity and sensitivity of DD3 mRNA in prostate cancer is better than that of serum PSA. The biopsy rate in patients with disease is reduced by 49%. DD3 mRNA has a high degree of prostate cancer specificity, can reduce many unnecessary prostate biopsy, has a good clinical application prospects.
