当前,高职毕业生面临着巨大的就业压力,就业形式日益严峻,而企业却处于无人可用的尴尬境地,很难招聘到满足企业需求的人。因此,近几年以来,无论是国家政策宏观层面,还是面临就业难的高校和用人难的企业,都越来越重视校企合作的相关工作。通过校企合作开展定制化的人才培养模式,为企业输送他们真正需要的人才。校企模式的开展,不但为企业解决了用人难的问题,也减轻了高职院校毕业生的就业压力,达到了“双赢”的目的。
