中国物流与采购联合会于2013年4-5月在全国范围内开展了为期两个月的企业采购人力资源绩效调查,调查问卷所收集的数据涵盖了通信、电子、汽车、工业设备、能源、医药、流通商贸等多个行业的299家企业,企业类型涉及国企、民企以及外资企业等。采购人员的职位上至副总裁级别,下至采购专员,既有人职20多年、具有丰富采购知识与实践经验的老者,也有初入职场的新手,调查结果能相对充分地反映中国东部地区企业,尤其是外资企业采购 The China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing conducted a two-month survey on the performance of corporate purchasing human resources nationwide in April-May 2013.
