为探讨急性缺氧时飞行员心脏功能的改变,估价急性缺氧对心功能的影响,本研究测试了10名健康男性飞行员,年龄19~44岁(平均26±7岁)。被试者取坐位于低压舱内,按Kubieek四电极法用直接式阻抗血流图仪,分别于低压舱上升前、上升至1000、2000、3000、4000和5000m高度时各同步描记一次心电图、心音图、心阻抗图和阻抗微分图及呼吸曲线,同时各测量一次血压。低压舱上升至不同高度的停留时间是:1000m~4000m时各停留5min,5000m时停留30min。
In order to investigate the changes of cardiac function in pilots during acute hypoxia and evaluate the impact of acute hypoxia on cardiac function, 10 healthy male pilots aged 19-44 years (average 26 ± 7 years old) were tested in this study. Subjects were seated in the low-pressure cabin, according to Kubieek four-electrode method using direct impedance blood flow plotter, respectively, before the rise in the low-pressure cabin, up to 1000,2000,3000,4000 and 5000m altitude synchronous ECG when an ECG, Heart sound map, heart impedance map and impedance differential graph and respiration curve, at the same time, each measurement of blood pressure. The residence time of the low-pressure cabin rising to different heights is: stay for 5min when 1000m ~ 4000m, stay for 30min when 5000m.
