在自动轧管生产中,因穿孔和轧管节奏不匹配会引起毛管传搁。阐述了毛管传搁时间对轧管顶头使用寿命、荒管表面质量和轧管机作业率的影响。探讨了缩短毛管传搁时间的措施。
In the automatic tube production, due to perforation and tube rhythm mismatch will lead to capillary tube put aside. The effect of capillary transfer time on the service life of tube head, the surface quality of tube and the operating rate of tube rolling machine are expounded. The measures to shorten the propagation time of capillary were discussed.
