课堂是学校教育的主要阵地,使课堂效益最大化,是教师义不容辞的责任。文章将日常教学探索过程进行总结,提出利用“五三”策略来提高课堂质效。“五三”策略指:(1)激励策略:情感动力、目标定位、趣味导航;(2)自学策略:自我分析、问题导向、方法引领;(3)互帮策略:能者为师、小组建构、团队考核;(4)辅导策略:教师辅导、家长辅导、志愿辅导;(5)诊断策略:重点跟踪、个别交流、阶段反思。
Classroom is the main position of school education, and it is the teacher’s unshirkable responsibility to maximize the effectiveness of the class. The article summarizes the daily teaching exploration process and proposes to use the “five or three” strategy to improve the quality of the classroom. “Five three” strategy refers to: (1) incentive strategy: emotional motivation, goal orientation, interesting navigation; (2) self-study strategy: self-analysis, problem-orientation, methodological lead; (3) mutual help strategy: able to be a teacher , team construction, team assessment; (4) counseling strategies: teacher counseling, parental counseling, volunteer counseling; (5) diagnostic strategy: focus tracking, individual communication, and stage reflection.
