信息是决策的基础。信息工作不仅是办公室日常重要的工作内容,而且也是为领导决策提供最直接、最有效服务的载体和途径。认真研究、切实做好办公室信息工作,既是办公室工作的基本要求,又是领导进行正确决策的重要保证。本文试就办公室信息工作为领导决策服务所面临的问题、问题产生原因及对策思考,作浅显探讨。问题之一:动态型信息多而超前型信息少,表现在注重了“随时随地”,忽视了“借题发挥”。在与国内许多兄弟电视台进行信息刊物的交流中发现,反映本单位重大活动、领导决策和工作情况的动态信息,占每期刊物信息总量的90%以上,而具有预见性和参谋作用的超前型
Information is the basis for decision-making. Information work is not only an important part of daily work in the office, but also the most direct and effective service for leadership decision-making. To seriously study and effectively do a good job in office information work is not only the basic requirement for office work but also an important guarantee for leading the correct decision-making. This article tries to make a brief discussion on the problems that office information work faces in leading decision-making services, the causes of the problems and countermeasures.
