甲基苄肼是临床上常用的抗肿瘤药,但属于单胺氧化酶抑制剂,与其它药物联合应用时存有相互作用,应引起临床上的重视。1.甲基苄肼与巴比妥类:甲基苄肼能抑制巴比妥类的代谢和灭活,使其作用时间延长,作用强度增加;二者合用时,可致头痛、头晕、恶心、呕吐、昏迷甚至休克。故二者合用时应慎重。2.甲基苄肼与水合氯醛:甲基苄肼的多种药物代谢酶能减慢水合氯醛的代谢和灭活,显著的增加水合氯醛的作用,可引起高血压危象。3.甲基苄肼与氯丙嗪:二者合用时,能增强氯丙嗪的作用。因
