要将学生培养成才,学校必须要让学生先学会做人。为切实激发学生学习兴趣和因材施教,教研室应当建立学生的学习兴趣档案和职业定位档案。如何在课堂教学中有效开展实践教学活动,每一门课程的教师都应有所思考有所建树。教研室要和辅导员一起,通过引导学生创建学习氛围浓厚的宿舍文化、组建兴趣小组、开展具有建设性的班级活动来锻炼学生的实践能力。
To cultivate students, schools must let students learn to be a man. In order to effectively stimulate students ’interest in learning and teach students in accordance with their aptitudes, the teaching and research department should set up students’ interest files and career orientation files. How to effectively carry out the practice teaching activities in the classroom teaching, teachers of every course should think and accomplish something. The teaching and research department should work with the counselor to guide students to create a dormitory culture with strong learning atmosphere, form an interest group and carry out constructive class activities to help students practice their abilities.
