通过2,4-二氨基-6-(2′-吡啶基)均三嗪和高氯酸铜髤反应合成了一个配合物:[Cu(H2O)(PyTA)2](ClO4)2[PyTA=2,4-二氨基-6-(2′-吡啶基)均三嗪]。通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、摩尔电导率和X-射线单晶衍射等方法对其进行了表征。结果表明该配合物晶体属单斜体,P21/c空间群,其晶体学参数:a=0.980 24(6)nm;b=1.248 31(7)nm,c=2.157 27(11)nm;β=108.657(3)°;Z=4,V=2.501 0(2)nm3,R1=0.054 3,wR2=0.1506。另外,应用试管二倍稀释法测定了配合物的抗菌活性,通过电子吸收光谱、荧光光谱、粘度测定及琼脂糖凝胶电泳等方法研究了配合物与DNA的作用。结果表明,与2,4-二氨基-6-(2′-吡啶基)均三嗪相比较,该配合物具有良好的抗菌活性,以插入模式与CT-DNA作用,并且在抗坏血酸存在下通过羟基自由基·OH切割pBR322DNA。
A complex was synthesized by the reaction of 2,4-diamino-6- (2’-pyridyl) -s-triazine with copper perchlorate: [Cu (H2O) (PyTA) 2] (ClO4) 2 [PyTA = 2,4-diamino-6- (2’-pyridyl) s-triazine]. It was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis, molar conductivity and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The results show that the crystal of the complex belongs to the monoclinic space group P21 / c with the following crystallographic parameters: a = 0.980 24 (6) nm; b = 1.248 31 (7) nm, c = 2.157 27 108.657 (3) °; Z = 4, V = 2.501 0 (2) nm3, R1 = 0.054 3, wR2 = 0.1506. In addition, the antibacterial activities of the complexes were determined by in vitro double dilution method. The effects of the complexes and DNA were studied by electron absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, viscosity measurement and agarose gel electrophoresis. The results showed that compared with 2,4-diamino-6- (2’-pyridyl) -s-triazine, the complex has good antibacterial activity, which interacted with CT-DNA in an insertion mode and passed in the presence of ascorbic acid Hydroxyl radical · OH cleaves pBR322 DNA.
