激光捕获显微切割(LCM)技术是一种在显微镜直视下,通过激光捕获和切割从异质性组织中获得纯净目的细胞群或单个细胞的技术。该技术既解决了组织异质性问题,又不脱离体内环境,是连接病理学与分子生物学研究不可或缺的桥梁。我国是胃癌高发地区,近年来结直肠癌的发病率亦逐渐升高。为此,本文对LCM的操作步骤及其与多种技术结合,在胃肠道肿瘤研究中的应用作一综述。
Laser Capture Microdissection (LCM) technology is a technology that acquires a pure target cell population or single cell from heterogeneous tissue by laser capture and cutting under microscope. The technology not only solves the problem of tissue heterogeneity, but also does not detach from the body environment, which is an indispensable bridge for pathology and molecular biology research. China is a high incidence of gastric cancer in recent years, the incidence of colorectal cancer has also gradually increased. Therefore, this article reviews the LCM procedure and its application in combination with various technologies in the study of gastrointestinal cancer.
