The Second World War History Research Association 2002 Annual Conference and Symposium was held in Chongqing from October 9 to 21. The meeting was hosted by Chongqing Stilwell Research Center. More than 80 experts and scholars from both inside and outside the PLA conducted academic discussions and exchanges on the theme of “World Anti-Fascist War and International Cooperation in Asia-Pacific.” More than 60 papers submitted reflect the new research on the history of World War II in China
