目的:探讨检测羊水板层小体在预测胎儿肺成熟中的价值。方法:收集108份孕妇的羊水,经离心后检测板层小体数值,同时由新生儿科医生进行新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)评价。结果:羊水板层小体与孕周有明显的关系,随着孕周的增加,板层小体数逐渐增加,其发生NRDS的概率越小。结论:板层小体的检测可以成为预测胎儿肺成熟度的指标。羊水板层小体作为胎肺成熟度的筛查试验具有简单、快速、可靠的特点。
Objective: To investigate the value of amniotic lamellar body in predicting fetal lung maturation. Methods: A total of 108 pregnant women were collected for amniotic fluid. After centrifugation, the lamellar bodies were collected and neonate neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) was evaluated by neonate pediatricians. Results: Amniotic fluid lamellar body and gestational age have a clear relationship with the increase of gestational age, lamellar body number gradually increased, the probability of occurrence of NRDS smaller. Conclusion: The detection of lamellar bodies can be an indicator of fetal lung maturity. Amniotic fluid lamellar body as fetal lung maturity screening test has a simple, fast, reliable features.
