在微波集成电路以及微带阵列的设计中,必须考虑微带结构中存在的相互间的电磁耦合。在采用电场积分方程法和矩量法对这些微带单元的相互耦合进行分析时会遇到索沫菲积分(Som m erfeld Integrals)的计算,由于该积分的存在使得对以上问题的分析十分复杂。为了提高计算和分析的效率,本文采用了一种新的渐近抽取与展开技术〔1〕来分析计算索沫菲积分,利用该方法可以降低索沫菲积分的维数,从而达到提高计算效率的目的。最后利用这种方法计算了某些微带天线的阻抗,结果表明利用本文方法具有较高的计算效率。
In the design of microwave integrated circuits and microstrip arrays, the mutual electromagnetic coupling existing in the microstrip structure must be considered. The analysis of the coupling of these microstrip elements using the electric field integral equation method and the moment method encounters the calculation of Sommelfeld Integrals, which makes the analysis of the above problems complicated . In order to improve the efficiency of calculation and analysis, this paper uses a new asymptotic extraction and expansion technique [1] to analyze and calculate Sufi Fei integral, using this method can reduce the dimension of Sufi Fei integral, so as to improve the computational efficiency the goal of. Finally, we use this method to calculate the impedance of some microstrip antennas. The results show that the method proposed in this paper has higher computational efficiency.
