都是偶然机缘,让他们相识并结为贩婴同伙。不足1年,他们竟从云南陆续将6名婴童贩卖到鲁北德州一带。2012年2月24日,山东省德州市中级人民法院对该拐卖儿童团伙作出一审判决,以拐卖儿童罪分别判处被告人尹惠珍、王敏有期徒刑13年,分别判处被告人徐敬岭、陶茂金有期徒刑12年、8年,被告人杨某、孟某、马某均为有期徒刑3年、缓刑5年,并对这7名被告人分别处以5万元至2万元不等的罚金。
