探讨糖尿病患者红细胞膜流动性及其影响因素。方法:对43例受试者的红细胞膜流动性、脂质过氧化物终产物丙二醛、血清胆固醇、血清甘油三脂和维生素E进行测定分析。结果:糖尿病组与健康对照组比较,前者红细胞膜流动性和血清VE含量显著降低(t=5.453、2.339,P< 0.01);血浆丙二醛、血清胆固醇、甘油三脂含量升高,两者比较有显著性差异( t= 3.026、2.382、2.965,P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者红细胞膜流动性与体内脂质成分改变、抗氧化能力减弱密切相关。因此,注意改善糖尿病患者高血糖、高血脂状态的同时,提高糖尿病患者抗氧化能力,对消除其对红细胞膜的损伤,改善其红细胞流动性,预防微血管并发症有重要意义。
To investigate the erythrocyte membrane fluidity and its influencing factors in diabetic patients. Methods: The fluidity of erythrocyte membrane, malondialdehyde (MDA), serum cholesterol, serum triglyceride and vitamin E were measured in 43 subjects. Results: Compared with healthy control group, the former had significantly lower erythrocyte membrane fluidity and serum VE content (t = 5.453,2.339, P <0.01); plasma malondialdehyde, serum cholesterol, triglyceride Content increased, there was a significant difference between the two (t = 3.026,2.382,2.965, P <0.05). Conclusion: The fluidity of erythrocyte membrane in diabetic patients is closely related to the change of lipid composition and the anti-oxidative capacity in vivo. Therefore, pay attention to improve the diabetic patients with hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, while enhancing the antioxidant capacity of diabetic patients, to eliminate their damage to the erythrocyte membrane, improve the mobility of red blood cells, prevent microvascular complications of great significance.
