目的 探讨先天性色觉异常的颜色视觉诱发电位特征 ,为先天性色觉异常的临床研究提供新的方法。方法 用计算机软件技术 ,PR 65 0分光测色计严格控制亮度因素和颜色因素 ,设计并制作了单纯亮度对比、亮度对比联合颜色对比、单纯颜色对比三组视觉刺激条件 ,第一组为黑 白棋盘格翻转刺激条件 ,第二组为红 白、绿 白和灰 白格三种刺激条件 ,第三组为红 绿、红 灰、绿 灰格三种刺激条件。分别对 45例正常儿童和 1 8例色觉异常儿童进行多导彩色图形翻转视觉诱发电位 (CP VEP)的研究。结果 第一组单纯亮度对比刺激条件下 ,色觉异常组和正常组比较 ,P1波的潜伏期和振幅均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。第二组亮度对比联合颜色对比刺激条件下 ,正常组P1波潜伏期比较 ,灰 白格比红 白格延长 1 6ms (P <0 0 5 ) ,色觉异常组P1波潜伏期和振幅无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,红 白格刺激条件下 ,异常组的P1波潜伏期比正常组延长 4 3ms,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。第三组单纯颜色对比刺激条件下 ,正常组P1波潜伏期比较 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1 ) ,色觉异常组P1波潜伏期和振幅均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,红 灰格和红 绿格刺激时 ,色觉异常组的P1波潜伏期比正常组分别延长 1 7 8ms和 9 1ms ,差异有高度显?
Objective To explore the characteristics of color vision evoked potentials of congenital color abnormalities and to provide a new method for the clinical study of congenital color abnormalities. Methods Using computer software technology, PR 65 0 spectrophotometer strictly controlled the brightness and color factors, designed and produced a simple brightness contrast, brightness contrast combined with color contrast, simple color contrast three groups of visual stimuli conditions, the first group of black and white checkerboard Lattice flip stimulus conditions, the second group of red and white, green and white grid three kinds of stimulus conditions, the third group of red, green, red and gray grid three stimulus conditions. 45 cases of normal children and 18 cases of abnormal color vision children with multi-color color image inversion visual evoked potential (CP VEP) study. Results Compared with the normal group, the latency and amplitude of P1 wave in the first group of contrast-only stimuli were not significantly different (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, the latent period of P1 wave in normal group was prolonged for 16 ms (P <0.05), while the latency and amplitude of P1 wave in abnormal color group were not significantly different (P > 0 0 5). Under the stimulation of red and white cells, the latency of P1 wave in the abnormal group was prolonged by 4 3 ms compared with the normal group (P <0.05). In the third group, the incubation time of P1 wave in normal group was significantly higher than that in normal group (P <0.01), while there was no significant difference in latency and amplitude of P1 wave in normal group (P> 0.05) , Red-gray cells and red-green cells, the latency of P1 wave in abnormal color vision group was prolonged by 1778ms and 91 ms respectively, the difference was highly significant.
