随着社会经济的发展,建筑工程项目规模的也在不断扩大,工程建设周期在持续延长,其中涉及到各个利益主体的经济利益和法律权益。为了确保工程建设施工的顺利进行,各个利益主体之间需要有一个规约性文件、即合同,为工程施工管理和各方利益的维护提供依据。本文分析了建筑施工中合同管理的重要性。
With the development of society and economy, the scale of construction projects is also constantly expanding, and the construction period of the projects continues to be extended, which involves the economic interests and legal rights and interests of various stakeholders. In order to ensure the smooth progress of construction of the project, all the stakeholders need to have a contractual document, that is, the contract, which provides the basis for the project construction management and the maintenance of the interests of all parties.
