Teachers ’literacy and teachers’ role and behavior can keep up with the pace of basic education curriculum reform, fundamentally determine the success or failure of basic education curriculum reform. Through the discussion of the relationship between the reform of basic education curriculum and the teachers’ role and behavior, the article hopes to give some enlightenment to the contemporary basic education teaching theory and practice.
