研究了锌与4-(2-吡定偶氮)-间苯二酚(PAR)显色条件。在pH8.8缓冲溶液中,形成1.2型的稳定配合物,配合物的最大吸收峰位于526nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=829×104L·mol-1·cm-1。锌的含量在0~20μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。本法适用于铝合金、粮食及头发中微锌的分析。
The conditions for the color development of zinc and 4- (2-pyridylazo) -resorcinol (PAR) were studied. In the buffer solution of pH8.8, a stable complex of type 1.2 was formed. The maximum absorption peak of the complex was located at 526 nm wavelength. The apparent molar absorptivity ε = 829 × 104L · mol-1 · cm-1. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 20μg / 25ml zinc. This law applies to aluminum, grain and hair zinc in the analysis.
