目的:采用气相色谱法同时测定醒脑静注射液中龙脑、麝香酮及有关物质樟脑和异龙脑四种组分的含量。方法:采用HP-INNOWAX毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.5mm,1.0μm),FID检测器。进样口温度230℃,检测器温度280℃,采用程序升温。结果:四种组分在毛细管色谱柱上具有较好的分离效果,分离度(R)均大于4。樟脑、异龙脑、龙脑和麝香酮线性范围分别为:0.010 24~0.1024mg·ml~(-1),0.00556~0.0556mg·ml~(-1),0.09124~0.9124mg·ml~(-1),0.01436~0.1436mg·ml~(-1)(r≥0.9996),均呈现良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为96.7%,101.84%,97.8%,96.3%,RSD均≤3%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速,准确、可靠,可同时测定醒脑静注射液中龙脑、麝香酮的含量及其有关物质。
OBJECTIVE: To simultaneously determine the contents of four components of bigramine, musk ketone and related substances camphor and isoborneol in xingnaojing injection by gas chromatography. Methods: HP-INNOWAX capillary column (30m × 0.5mm, 1.0μm) with FID detector. Inlet temperature 230 ℃, detector temperature 280 ℃, using the program temperature. Results: The four components had better separation performance on capillary column with the separation (R) greater than 4. The linear ranges of camphor, isoborneol, borneol and musk ketone were 0.010 24-0.1024 mg · ml -1, 0.00556-0.0556 mg · ml -1, 0.09124-0.9124 mg · ml -1, The average recoveries were 96.7%, 101.84%, 97.8% and 96.3%, respectively, and the RSDs were all less than or equal to 3% (r = 0.9996 and 0.1436 mg · ml -1) n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable. It can be used to determine the contents of borneol and musk ketone and their related substances in Xingnaojing injection simultaneously.
