孔夫子说:“工欲善其事,必先利其器”,讲的是要把某件事情做好,首先要有得心应手的工具。但是,如果我们进一步深入思考:已“利其器”,能“善其事”否?我看也不一定。现代社会特别强调人做为主体的作用。在人与事的对立中,人是决定的因素。不同素质的人,即使使用同样的“利器”,也未必都能“善其事”。比如,同样的钢琴,不同的人弹奏,效果各不相同;同样的纸笔,不同的人,写出字来有天壤之别。同样的材料,厨师手下的菜肴肯定胜过常人。何以至此呢?不是工具有所差
Confucius said: “Workers want to be good, must first sharpen their tools,” is about something to do, first of all have a handy tool.
