本文在单层镀体系摩擦理论的基础上,以锡膜-和铜膜-铅基体为理论模型,探讨了双层镀体系的摩擦学理论。按此理论的结果,可利用双层镀方法将单层镀中硬膜软基体体系的摩擦峰削平,而使双层镀材料的摩擦曲线显得平稳。还指出硬膜上镀软膜比在膜与基体间插入硬膜更有效。这一理论在工程上很有应用价值。
Based on the friction theory of monolayer plating system, this paper discusses the tribological theory of double-layer plating system based on the theory of tin film-copper film-lead matrix. According to this theory, the double-layer plating method can be used to flatten the friction peak of the ductile soft matrix system in the single-layer plating while making the friction curve of the double-layer plating material appear smooth. It is also pointed out that it is more effective to coat the dura mater than to insert the dura between the film and the substrate. This theory is very useful in engineering.
