在竖炉中预热废钢是一种常见方式,直流电弧炉操作也几乎成为广泛采用的工艺。由奥钢联设计的一种多电极设备将上述两种工艺结合为一体,使炉子容易突破单电极直流电弧炉的150t极限。随着电弧炉炼钢在粗钢总量中的比例持续增长,电弧炉技术的不断发展,提高了经济效益和生产率。奥钢联开发的新一代电弧炉“系列”具有下列两个基本特点: 1.倾动电极由侧面插入炉中,沿电极轴产生倾动式电弧; 2.竖炉内的废钢被炼钢过程的废气预热,预热后的废气被完全收集。
Preheating scrap in shaft furnaces is a common practice and DC arc furnace operation is almost a widely used process. A multi-electrode device designed by VAI combines the two processes together to make it easy for the furnace to break through the 150 t limit of a single-electrode DC EAF. With the EAF steelmaking in the proportion of the total crude steel continues to grow, the continuous development of electric arc furnace technology to improve economic efficiency and productivity. The new generation EAF developed by VAI has the following two basic features: 1.
