在武汉地铁二号线的宝通寺站的地下过街通道的修建工程中需要实行爆破挖掘施工,因为作业点上方是城市主干道,故而车流量大,且周边的建筑密集,所以采用爆破法挖掘施工要求更严格。在爆破施工的过程在通过对周边古建筑、地下管线、商业区等重点保护的区域的振动数据检测,优化爆破方案,最后发现使用“台阶法一抬炮法”相融合的小幅度进尺,循环掘进,多个断面依次开挖的方案可以降低爆破施工的危险性;一个断面起爆分为三个区,利用“先中间、后两边”的爆破顺序,一个方面爆破的振动降低到70~80%,在另一方面控制隧道轮廓面的效果也非常显著。
