目的 :采用高效液相色谱法测定非洛地平口腔粘膜粘附片体外渗透特征。方法 :采用Franz扩散池研究非洛地平透过鸡嗉囊的行为。HPLC法测定接受池中非洛地平的浓度。同时对药物渗透鸡嗉囊的机制进行初步探讨。结果 :HPLC可简便、精确地测定透过模型粘膜的药物量。非洛地平以零级速率透过鸡嗉囊 ,渗透速率常数为 0 8981% /h。结论 :HPLC法准确测定非洛地平从口腔粘膜粘附片中渗透过鸡嗉囊的量。
Objective: To determine the in vitro osmotic characteristics of felodipine oral mucoadhesive tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The Franz diffusion cell was used to study the behavior of felodipine through chicken pouch. Determination of felodipine concentration in pool by HPLC method. At the same time, the mechanism of drug infiltrating chicken pouch was discussed. Results: HPLC allows for easy and accurate determination of the amount of drug that permeates the model mucosa. Felodipine permeate chicken gizzard at zero rate with a permeation rate constant of 0,8981% / h. Conclusion: The HPLC method was used to accurately determine the amount of felodipine infiltrated from the oral mucosa adhesive patch.
