LC是一种免疫辅助细胞,属树枝状细胞,是由骨髓中的前体细胞衍化而来,分布于表皮,淋巴结、肺胸腺,脾,粘膜,外周血等,角膜缘LC远远多于中央周边P,主要位于角膜,结膜上皮内. LC形态为树枝状,有Birhceck颗粒,表面有ATP酶,吞噬能力不及巨噬细胞,具游走性,参与或抑制角化过程.在免疫反应中,主要能刺激同种混合淋巴细胞反应,辅助TC增殖,辅助TD依赖性抗体的产生. 在病理上,它与慢性炎症关系密切.在移植免疫反应中,LC是MHC不相容的主要激发细胞,LC携带的同种异体抗原是真正的排斥抗原. LC与眼病关系:(一)边缘性角膜病:角膜缘附近的结膜相关淋巴组织(CALT)的LC可传递抗原,携带HLA.角膜缘的IgA,补体,T细胞较多,有OKT_4~+,OKT_8~+细胞,因此免疫反应较多.边缘性角膜病应属免疫性眼病.(二)眼部碱性伤:由于CALT受损,使免疫传入弧障碍,使角膜局部免疫防御反应力减弱,致加重组织损害.(三)角膜移植排斥反应:角膜的携带HLA-DR抗原的LC可引起TC激活,因而引起排斥反应.免疫反应时,角膜上皮可见大量LC,由于新生血管进入植片及角膜缘LC较多,因此移植片较大或靠近角膜缘新生血管多,则易发生排斥反应.
