以花粉可育率为主要遗传指标,对滇一型和BT型“三系”以及杂种F_1、F_2、BC_1和AF_1(不×[保×恢])等世代的育性进行了观察分析。结果表明:滇一型和BT型不育系花粉败育以染败为主。二者不育系的不育基因和恢复系的恢复基因两两相互等位。供试材料有部分杂交组合表现为一对育性核基因与细胞质基因共同控制的遗传,而另一部分杂交组合表现为两对育性核基因与细胞质基因共同控制的遗传。恢复基因(R_1、R_2)的作用有强弱之分,并表现明显的加性效应。据此初步认为:粳型杂交水稻的育性基因型因组合不同而不尽相同,同一不育系或恢复系在不同的组合中可能表现不同的育性基因型。
The pollen fertility rate was the main genetic index, and the fertility of Yunnan and BT type “three lines” and the hybrid F_1, F_2, BC_1 and AF_1 (no × [Bao × Hui]) were observed and analyzed. The results showed that the pollen abortion in Dian-1 and BT-type sterile lines was mainly dyed. The sterile genes of the two male sterile lines and the restoring genes of the two lines are mutually allelic to each other. Some hybrids of the tested materials showed the inheritance of a pair of fertile nuclear genes and cytoplasmic genes, while the other hybrids showed the inheritance of two pairs of fertile nuclear genes and cytoplasmic genes. The role of restorer gene (R_1, R_2) has the strength of the points, and showed significant additive effects. Based on this, it is preliminarily believed that the genotypes of japonica hybrid rice vary according to the combinations, and the same genotype or restorer line may show different genotypes of fertility in different combinations.
