目的:建立5α-还原酶抑制剂体外筛选模型。方法:通过紫外分光光度法,考察待筛物是否引起反应体系340 nm处吸光度发生变化,以此反映待筛物能否抑制5α-还原酶活性。结果:该方法能反映待筛物对5α-还原酶活性的影响。结论:该方法可广泛用于5α-还原酶抑制剂的初筛。
Objective: To establish an in vitro screening model of 5α-reductase inhibitors. Methods: UV spectrophotometry method was used to determine whether the sample to be screened changed the absorbance at 340 nm. This indicated that the screened material could inhibit 5α-reductase activity. Results: The method can reflect the effect of the screening object on 5α-reductase activity. Conclusion: This method can be widely used for the preliminary screening of 5α-reductase inhibitors.
