今后几年,中国铁路将步入全面高速化的崭新时期,而高等铁道职业院校将担负起培养铁路高层次技能型人才的历史使命。青年教师作为院校培养人才的新生力量,他们的科研能力对院校的未来、对我国高速铁路的发展至关重要。本文通过对我校青年教师科研状况的分析,指出了当前高等铁道职业院校青年教师科研能力存在的主要问题,并就如何提高青年教师科研能力进行了探讨。
In the next few years, the Chinese railway will enter a brand-new era of overall high-speed operation, while the vocational colleges of higher railways will shoulder the historic mission of training high-level skilled personnel in the railway industry. Young teachers, as the new force of training qualified personnel in colleges and universities, their ability of scientific research is of great importance to the future of colleges and to the development of China’s high-speed railway. Based on the analysis of the research status of young teachers in our university, this paper points out the main problems existing in the ability of scientific research for young teachers in higher vocational colleges and probes into how to improve the ability of scientific research for young teachers.
