ⅡA分泌型磷脂酶A2(sPLA2-ⅡA)是磷脂酶超家族中的一员,主要是通过介导炎性反应,产生大量脂类介质参与动脉粥样硬化(AS)的发生发展过程,其表达受白细胞介素1β、肿瘤坏死因子α等炎性因子的调节。sPLA2-ⅡA可能是通过有丝分裂原激活蛋白激酶等相关信号通路导致AS的发生。在血管平滑肌细胞表面存在sPLA2-ⅡA致AS作用的受体,阻断这些受体后,致AS的炎性因子表达减少。这些研究可能为AS诊疗提供新的思路。
ⅡA secreted phospholipase A2 (sPLA2-ⅡA) is a member of phospholipase superfamily, mainly through the mediation of inflammatory reaction, producing a large number of lipid mediators involved in the development of atherosclerosis (AS), the expression of By the regulation of interleukin 1β, tumor necrosis factor α and other inflammatory factors. sPLA2-ⅡA may lead to the occurrence of AS through mitogen-activated protein kinase and other related signaling pathways. In the presence of sPLA2-ⅡA AS-induced receptors on vascular smooth muscle cells, blockade of these receptors results in decreased expression of inflammatory cytokines in AS. These studies may provide new ideas for AS treatment.
