尿布皮炎俗称红臀,是新生儿期的一种常见皮肤病,是产科及新生儿科常见病之一,易致患儿哭闹、烦躁不安,加重患儿痛苦和原发病,延长住院时间,如处理不当会导致感染,甚至败血症[1],尤其以腹泻患儿多见。由于病因的持续存在和家属护理不当,往往导致病情迁延不愈,患儿很痛苦。我科于2009年8月至2012年8月开始使用自制四黄膏治疗尿布皮炎,收到良好效果,现报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料选取2009年8月至2012年8月来我科治疗红臀的患儿70例随机分为治疗组35
