近来研究认为血小板通过对白细胞的作用影响组织损伤和炎症反应。我们报道ATP自身不能激活白细胞释放自由基,却增强fMLP激活的白细胞释放自由基。ADP抑制自由基的释放。把ATP加到Fura-2标记的细胞中,引起细胞内钙急剧增加,2~3min后恢复到基线水平,结果表明ATP引起细胞内钙增加的同时伴有自由基的释放。
Recent studies suggest that platelets affect tissue damage and inflammation through the action of leukocytes. We report that ATP alone does not activate leukocytes to release free radicals, but enhances the release of free radicals by fMLP-activated leukocytes. ADP inhibits the release of free radicals. Addition of ATP to Fura-2-labeled cells caused a dramatic increase in intracellular calcium, returning to baseline levels after 2 to 3 minutes, indicating that ATP causes an increase in intracellular calcium accompanied by the release of free radicals.
