本文针对装有摆式激振电机的新型振动机械进行了动特性分析及实验研究。文中先建立了线性时变系统的微分方程;进而对其进行了数字仿真,得到了该系统的运动规律;并在实验中得到了验证,最后,对所研究的系统进行了参数灵敏度分析。从整个分析过程可知,对装有摆式激振电机的振动机械,只要合理设计摆杆,橡胶轴承、系统支承和电机的参数,就能使振动机械沿给定方向作稳定的简谐振动,同时所设计的系统具有较强的鲁棒性,从而证实了这种新型振动机械不仅具有经济、可靠、通用性强的优点,而且还具有良好的动态性能
In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of a new vibrating machine equipped with pendulum excitation motor are analyzed and experimentally studied. In this paper, the differential equation of linear time-varying system is first established. Then the numerical simulation of the system is carried out. The motion law of the system is obtained. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of the system is carried out. It can be seen from the whole analysis process that for a vibrating machine equipped with a pendulum excitation motor, as long as the parameters of the pendulum rod, the rubber bearing, the system support and the motor are reasonably designed, a stable simple harmonic vibration of the vibrating machinery in a given direction can be made, At the same time, the designed system has strong robustness, which proves that this new type of vibrating machine not only has the advantages of economy, reliability and versatility, but also has good dynamic performance
