“政策性亏损”这顶在金川公司动力厂的头上戴了37年的帽子,1998年终于被摘掉了。在目前国有大中型企业效益普遍下滑、亏损面屡控不止的大环境下,去年1月到11月,该厂实施内部利润1900多万元。回顾扭亏历程,收获不仅是利润大增,更主要的是培养了自强不息的精神。镜头一:为有源头活水来自1961年建厂就在政策性亏损“庇护”下的金川公司动力厂,1997年依旧背负着4800多万元的亏损包袱。为了扭亏为盈,去年初,公司给动力厂下达5%的成本下降指标。下半年,在指标完成较好的情况下,公司又硬性下达1%的成本再降额,面对硬指标,动力厂通过多方思谋,终于找到了可以增加收入的源头。
