重视教材资源交流教学技巧(常用教材的教学技巧系列之十五:低单杠)小学操场上的低单杠历来是学生喜爱的体育器材之一。我们经常可以看到,小学生们通过在杠上的各种悬垂和支撑,展示着他们的别样童趣和勇敢天性,因此,在体育课程改革向前发展的今天,我们不能遗忘低单杠这一传统教材在促进学生身心发展的作用。研究表明,在小学中、高年级的体育课中,适度地安排低单杠教材的教学,只要安全措施到位,就能促进小学生的上肢、胸背和腰腹的肌肉、韧带与骨骼的发展,有效地改善柔韧、灵敏和协调性,特别有利于培养勇敢、顽强和克服困难的良好品质。
