观察对象为冠心病68例,均系男性,年龄40~68(平均52.9)岁,诊断符合世界卫生组织拟订的标准。正常人40例,均为男性,年龄40岁以上,平均47.1岁,均经详细询问病史、体验、胸部X线、常规心电图及运动试验、超声心动图、血脂等检查,确定无心血管病、肺部疾病及内分泌、代谢性疾病、结缔组织疾病和可能影响心功能的因素。采用Manolas氏提出的心尖搏动图各振幅及振幅指数a/H、a/D、TARTi、DATi等为指标,通过食管心房调搏负荷观察受检查者的舒张功能改变。调搏心率以160次/分为终止点。结果见表1,2。
