目前企业学习邯钢经验有两种不同的情况:一是学到经验,见到实效,抓出效益;一是依然故我,不了了之。受益者认为邯钢经验是搞活国有大企业的法宝;没受益者认为邯钢的生产环境不适应本企业,邯钢的经验学不了。为什么有些企业学邯钢学不成,学不了呢?固然有生产不正常的影响,执行制度不彻底等原因,但笔者认为没有理顺财务管理关系、健全管理体系是重要的因素。现提出以下看法,供参考。
At present, there are two different situations in which a company learns from the experience of the Handan Iron and Steel Group. The first is to learn the experience, to see the actual results, and to grasp the benefits; the first is to leave me alone and let it go. The beneficiaries believe that the experience of Handan Iron and Steel is a magic weapon to invigorate large state-owned enterprises; no beneficiaries believe that the production environment of Handan Iron and Steel is not suitable for the enterprise and the experience of Handan Iron & Steel will not be able to learn. Why do some companies learn that the steel industry can not learn, can not learn it? Of course, there are abnormal production effects, the implementation of the system is not complete and other reasons, but the author believes that there is no rationalization of financial management relationships, improve the management system is an important factor. The following views are proposed for reference.
