目的:研究左卡尼汀(L-carnitine,LC)对老龄小鼠抗氧化能力的影响,探讨其对小鼠血浆和脑组织中SOD,GSH-PX,CAT和MDA活力的影响。方法:小鼠随机分成青年组、老年组、LC处理的衰老小鼠组,分为低、中、高(0.25,0.5,1.0 g.kg-1.d-1)3个剂量组,LC药物组连续灌服药物4周后处死,通过试剂盒测定血浆和脑组织SOD,GSH-Px,CAT活性和MDA含量。结果:与老年组比较,左卡尼汀可显著提高小鼠血浆和脑组织中的SOD,GSH-Px,CAT活性,降低MDA含量,且呈剂量依赖性。结论:左卡尼汀具有抗氧化作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of L-carnitine (LC) on antioxidant capacity in aging mice and its effect on the activity of SOD, GSH-PX, CAT and MDA in mice plasma and brain. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into three groups: young group, aging group and LC-treated aging mice. The mice were divided into three groups: low dose, middle dose and high dose (0.25,0.5,1.0 g.kg-1.d-1) The rats in the group were sacrificed after 4 weeks, and the activities of SOD, GSH-Px, CAT and the contents of MDA in the plasma and brain tissues were determined by the kit. Results: Compared with the elderly group, levocarnitine significantly increased the activities of SOD, GSH-Px and CAT in the plasma and brain tissue of mice and decreased the content of MDA in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: L-carnitine has anti-oxidative effect.
