跨栏跑属于高强度的跑跨结合技术课程,技术难度比较大,危险性也较大,对学生的心理及意志力要求也比较高,不过这也是学生在田径教学中必选的一门课程。在课的教学过程中,绝大多数学生存在着或多或少的心理障碍,笔者结合自己的实践经验,探讨学生心理障碍产生的各种原因及克服措施,从而有效解决各种心理问题,提高跨栏跑教学效果。
