空气中的铅主要以铅烟形态存在,其危害极大。我国1979年经修改后颁布的车间空气中铅的最高容许浓度(下称卫生标准),放宽了铅的卫生标准,铅烟为0.03mg/m~3,铅尘为0.05mg/m~3。为着验证此次修订的铅烟卫生标准值是否合适,一方面需要摸索出更灵敏的特异性高的指标用以早期诊断铅中毒;另一方面尚需进一步积累现场资料,动态观察低浓度铅对工人健康的近期和远期的影响。本次现场调查围绕剂量-反应关
