我县清理财会档案工作,是在去年冬季原地区档案工作会议之后开始的。在县委、县政府两个办公室的直接领导下,根据地区财政局、档案局《关于加强财务会计档案管理的通知》的指示精神,结合我县具体情况,制定了搞好清理财会档案工作的计划,确定先在教育局搞好试点,取得第一手材料,为全面铺开提供经验,并对方法步骤、时间、要求等问题进行了研究部署。按照我们的计划,面上工作分三批进行:第一批是县直委局一级机构;第二批是各公社、镇;第三批是县直二级机构。现在,县直一级机构四十一个单位的财会档案清理工作已经结束。共立8634卷册,其中永久1107卷册,定期7527卷册。这些单位的财会档案经过验收,
