目的:方剂配伍研究目前仍是中医药研究的一个热点和难点。本文就活血化瘀的四物汤类方开展了探索性研究。以血小板聚集率作为指标,考察活血化瘀类方水提液及其成分的效应和相互关系。方法:采用家兔血浆检测类方水提液及其成分对血小板聚集的影响。结果:类方水提液对血小板聚集都没有明显影响。但每张方都有抑制血小板聚集的成分存在。说明活血化瘀类方由于成分复杂,靶点较多,各组分在一定比例下发生拮抗作用,最终表现为水提液对血小板聚集没有明显影响。结论:类方因其功能主治大体相同,配伍规律相似,对类方配伍规律的解析能从中获得共性和个性的规律,为方剂配伍规律的研究提供示范。
Objective: Compatibility study of prescriptions is still a hot and difficult point of traditional Chinese medicine research. This article on the blood circulation of the four things soup side to carry out exploratory research. To platelet aggregation rate as an indicator to investigate the effects of blood circulation and the side effects of water and its components and their relationship. Methods: Rabbit plasma was used to detect the effect of the aqueous extracts of class 1 and its components on platelet aggregation. Results: The aqueous extracts did not significantly affect platelet aggregation. However, each side has the inhibition of platelet aggregation components exist. It shows that the components of blood circulation and blood stasis syndrome have more complex targets and more target points. Antagonism of each component occurs in a certain proportion, and finally the water extract has no obvious effect on platelet aggregation. Conclusion: Because of their similar functions and symptoms, similarities and differences between the prescriptions and the prescriptions can provide common and individual rules for the analysis of compatibility rules, and provide a demonstration for the research on compatibility rules of prescriptions.
