利用幼猪复制深低温体外循环模型,研究2 种流量和2 种预充液配方对幼猪体温变化速率、体液平衡以及转流液中红细胞压积和胶体渗透压的影响。结果表明80m l·kg- 1·m in- 1 的流量以及全血预充液明显优于100m l·kg- 1 ·m in- 1 的流量和晶胶混和预充液。提示深低温体外循环的动物实验模型应根据所选动物生理情况正确设计流量和预充液配方
The effect of two kinds of flow rate and two kinds of prefilled liquid formulas on the change rate of body temperature, body fluid balance and the hematocrit and colloid osmotic pressure in swine fluid were studied by using the model of hypothermia CPP. The results showed that the flow rate of 80ml · kg-1 · ml-1 and the whole blood prefilled was better than 100ml · kg-1 · ml-1 flow and crystal mixed pre-filled liquid. It is suggested that the experimental model of deep hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass should be based on the physiological conditions of the selected animals, the correct design flow and pre-filled formulations
