学校是课程改革的主阵地,而课程改革能否走进学校、走进课堂、走向成功,在很大程度上取决于校长的角色,即取决于校长对课改的理解、认识、引导。一句话就是课改的成败关键在于校长如何做。当然,校长也面临巨大的压力和挑战,因为课改是一个长期的过程,是一个曲折的过程,在社会宣传、人员组织、资金筹备、经验积累等方面都是新工作,让教师理解、接受并在课堂上运用并积累经验使之走向规范化、系统化、经验化都是一个长期的、反复的、曲折的过程,也是一个适应的、渐趋成熟的过程。
Schools are the main positions of curriculum reform. Whether or not the curriculum reform can enter the school, enter the classroom, and lead to success depends to a large extent on the role of the principal, that is, the principal’s understanding, understanding, and guidance of the curriculum reform. In a word, the key to the success or failure of the curriculum reform is how the principal will do it. Of course, the principal is also faced with tremendous pressure and challenges, because curriculum reform is a long-term process and a tortuous process. It is a long-term, repetitive, and tortuous process to use and accumulate experience in the classroom to make it standardized, systematic, and empirical. It is also an adaptive and gradually mature process.
