通过研究MAPINFO和VIEWGIS地理信息平台上的地理信息数据在NOAA卫星 1A格式图像上的复合技术 ,解决了在NOAA卫星 1A格式非投影图像的地理信息数据的复合方法和数据来源问题 ,为快速、准确提交森林火灾的监测成果 ,指导、指挥森林火灾的扑救提供了良好的技术支持。该研究成果已应用于日常森林火灾监测 ,并在几场重大森林火灾的监测和指挥、扑救中起到了重要作用。 Through the combination of the MAPINFO and VIEWGIS geographical information platform on the NOAA satellite 1A format image, this paper solves the problem of the composite method and data source of the geographic information data of non-projection image of NOAA satellite 1A in order to provide fast and accurate Submitted forest fire monitoring results, guidance, directing the forest fire fighting provided good technical support.
